Workshop: Lingfang Cheng - Saturday Workshop

The family is the core unit in Taiwan society. However, it has gone through changes in the last three decades. The talk will focus on the changes in several aspects, such as family values and rituals, ageing parents and younger children, working in China and family in Taiwan, family members of LGBT, and multi-cultural families .

The workshop will show parts of two films by Li An: "Drinking, Eating, Men AND Women" & "WEDDING BANQUET" as well as some short VCR on youtubes.
