Taiwan Film Festival in VIENNA

The Taiwan Film Festival in Vienna is here!
Organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Austria.

Throughout June, five films that guide audiences through the corridors of time, exploring Taiwan’s past and present will be screened.

Program:

• • June 7 (Sun), 15:00 – “A Foggy Tale” The 1950s. Taiwan in fog

• • June 20 (Sat), 14:30 – “Detention” The 1960s. Have we forgotten, or are we afraid to remember?

• • June 21 (Sun), 14:30 – “A Chip Odyssey” From the 1960s to today. From turbulent times to a high-tech island

• • June 27 (Sat), 14:30 – “In Search of A Mixed Identity” The Japanese era. The story of Tang Te-Chang

• • June 28 (Sun), 14:30 – “SPI” Present: the way of the Atayal people.

All movies have English subtitles.
